We exist to help people make safer, more informed surgery decisions in South Korea through independent research.
We are paid only by clients. We do not accept referral fees, commissions, kickbacks, or sponsored placements from clinics.
No clinic can buy placement in our reports. Ever.
Our reports are produced by a human researcher operating a stack of specialized AI agents. The agents run in parallel across Korean government registries (HIRA, KHIDI, KSPRS, KAHF), the Korean-language review platforms locals actually trust (Sungyesa, Gangnam Unni, Naver, Babitalk, Yeoshin), Korean and English news, and the international aggregators most foreign patients encounter. The researcher pulls from gated Korean platforms directly, cross-references contradictions, and decides what holds up. Every claim is cited. Every source is linked.
We evaluate source credibility, consistency across platforms, and known bias risks — including incentivized reviews and reputation manipulation signals.
We provide research — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The decision is yours.
If any potential conflict exists, we disclose it immediately and in writing.
If we identify a material error in a report, we issue a correction promptly.
Client information is kept confidential. We do not share your data with clinics, providers, or third parties. Our research process is designed to protect your identity — we never need to tell a clinic we’re researching them on your behalf.
