Payment is due in full before work begins. We accept payment methods as listed at the time of purchase.
Before research begins: If you request a cancellation before research has begun, you will receive a full refund.
After research has commenced: Refunds are not available because the research process cannot be undone.
If we cannot deliver: If we are unable to deliver the agreed service for any reason within our control, we will issue a full refund.
If your report does not meet the deliverables outlined in your service tier, contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery and we will revise it at no additional cost until it meets those standards.
The revision guarantee applies to stated deliverables — not to subjective satisfaction, personal preferences, or the content of research findings. Canvass Research does not offer refunds on delivered reports.
Canvass Research reports are digital deliverables and cannot be returned. The cancellation and revision terms above apply in lieu of returns.
